Tricia VanRyn who is a member of MGCC is a certified instructor for Body and Soul.  Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00pm – 8:15pm.  We will meet in the Youth building.  Body and Soul is where you can get physically and spiritually fit.  The aerobics are done to Contemporary Christian Music.  Imagine….
