Life Groups are a central part of who we are here at MGCC. We believe that we can’t do life alone, that we were not meant to be a follower of Christ by ourselves. Life Groups are where we find community, a hard to find thing now a days. Life Groups are where we share and help each other. Life Groups are where we grow. What people are saying about Life Groups:
- “I really didn’t have any Christian friends before I started going to my Life Group.”
- “I had been coming to church for several years but really didn’t know anyone until I found a family within my Life Group”
- “One day, we had this crisis in are lives and there was our Life Group, ready to help.”
We have several new Life Groups starting up as well as groups who have room for some more people. Take the first step and complete the form above.
A Life Group is group of Christians—at whatever state of spiritual development—who recognize and respond to God’s call to live our lives in authentic community. Life Groups choose to “do life” together—to develop accepting, intentional relationships with an intimate circle of other believers.

All of our Life Groups are held in 10-week sessions, with a 3-week break between seesions and use a common, sermon-based curriculum, that includes 'Talking Points' handouts that are based on the previous week's sermon. This format is designed to advance our whole church, together, in a growing relationship with Christ. Within groups, however, the goal is a growing relationship with Christ driven by growing relational intimacy with one another. Watch the video...
We consider Life groups to be one of the most important ways to experienceconnection and community at Maple Grove. Through a Life Group, you will be able tojourney with others, encouraging one another as you live, learn and grow together and with God. God doesn’t want any of us to walk alone – we were meant to do life together. For more information about Life Groups, click here for a detailed PDF file. For this week's Talking Points, click here.
Prior to each 10-week session a Life Groups handout and sign up form (online and in your Sunday bulletin) will be made available that lists details about our group facilitators.
